Before fulfilling your order, we review the laws in your jurisdiction to ensure the products you receive align with legal requirements—helping you avoid potential violations. However, due to the complex and often convoluted nature of laws across states, counties, and cities, retailers are ultimately responsible for staying informed and adhering to regulations in their area.
  • Red Duck Knives is not liable for penalties, damages, or legal issues related to knife purchases, possession, or resale.

  • If a retailer buys a knife and discovers it cannot be sold due to local laws, they may return it for a full refund within 30 days, provided it is unused and in original condition. The retailer covers return shipping, but Red Duck Knives will reimburse shipping costs upon receipt.

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by Red Duck Knives from our offices within the USA.  If you access the Service from outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.  You agree that you will not use the Red Duck Knives content accessed through business.redduckknives.com in any country or manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Red Duck Knives, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your failure to comply with knife laws.
  • Any misuse of our products.
  1. Return & Refund Policy
  • Initial Orders: If unsatisfied, you may return products, including the display, within 60 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; however, a full refund on your return shipping cost will be issued upon receipt of the returned order, minus any deductions for missing products or damaged display components. Please allow the refund to be processed seven business days after the return reaches our facility.
  • Regular Orders: Governed by our Product Return Policy and Ironclad Guarantees available on our Site.
  1. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
  • All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
  • Arbitration will take place in Utah.
  • The arbitrator’s decision is final, and each party is responsible for their legal costs.
  • Class action lawsuits are not allowed.
  1. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by Utah law.
  • If you access the Site outside the U.S., U.S. laws govern your transactions.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Credit Cards: We accept credit cards with no surcharge. To prevent delays in processing, ensure your billing address and phone number match those on file with your bank.
  • Net 30 Terms: If you select Net 30 payment, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
  1. Order Policies
  • Multi-Product Orders: We ship all available items together. If any items are unavailable, they ship separately unless requested otherwise.
  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, or adjust orders at our discretion.
  • Out-of-Stock Products: We will notify you if an item is out of stock. You may cancel your order before shipping.
  • Special Deals & Promotions: Sale items may be returnable or non-returnable:
    • Returnable items: Marked with a green label and eligible for full refunds.
    • Non-returnable items: Marked with a red label and cannot be returned.
  1. Shipping Policy
  • Most orders ship within five business days, subject to availability.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends unless arranged in advance.
  • Delivery times are estimates; we do not guarantee shipping times.
  1. Sales Tax Policy
  • Retailers must provide a State Resale Certificate before the first shipment.
  • Red Duck Knives may request updated certificates periodically.
  1. Typographical Errors
  • If a product is listed incorrectly due to an error, Red Duck Knives reserves the right to cancel orders at the incorrect price, even if your card has been charged.
  • If your payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the difference.
  1. Product Ownership & Display Policies
  • Purchased displays are the customer’s property.
  • Unpurchased displays remain Red Duck Knives’ property.
  • Customers may only store or display Red Duck Knives’ products inside or on our displays.
  • Replacement parts for displays are free, except for presentation knives; however, shipping costs apply.
  1. Changes to Terms
  • Red Duck Knives may update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
