This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Red Duck Knives Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Program Enrollment & Eligibility

To become an affiliate, you must submit a complete application at the bottom of this document. Red Duck Knives reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Ineligible applicants include, but are not limited to, websites promoting violence, discrimination, illegal activity, or adult content.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Red Duck Knives affiliate, you agree to:

  • Accurately represent our products and brand
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements
  • Clearly identify your affiliation when promoting our products
  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices

Affiliates must maintain a professional, trustworthy online presence. Failure to comply may result in the removal from the program.

3. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates must adhere to these promotion rules:

  • Only use promotional assets (logos, images, descriptions) provided or approved by Red Duck Knives
  • Do not make unauthorized claims about our products
  • Do not impersonate Red Duck Knives or imply a business partnership
  • Do not offer unapproved discounts or coupons
  • Affiliates may not alter product prices; promotions must reflect the pricing set by Red Duck Knives

Violation of pricing policies may result in withheld commissions or termination.

4. Commission & Payment Terms

  • Commission rates will be stated in your affiliate dashboard or communications
  • Payments are made monthly, once the qualifying return window has closed
  • Sales must be tracked through the affiliate links we provide
  • Commissions may be voided for canceled orders, returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity

Affiliates are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payout details.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Use PPC or paid search ads that bid on “Red Duck Knives” or related terms
  • Use spam, pop-ups, forced clicks, or cookie stuffing tactics
  • Redirect domains or use masked URLs to mislead users
  • Promotion of using coupon or deal sites without prior approval
  • Represent themselves as Red Duck Knives

Any of the above may lead to immediate suspension or termination without notice.

6. Brand Use & Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved logos and imagery solely to promote Red Duck Knives. All trademarks, trade names, and content remain the property of Red Duck Knives. Affiliates may not modify or use our assets in any way that misrepresents the brand.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all promotion and remove all Red Duck Knives branding from their channels. Pending, eligible commissions will be paid in the next cycle.

8. Liability & Indemnification

Red Duck Knives is not liable for indirect damages or revenue loss. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Duck Knives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from affiliate activity or violation of this agreement.

9. Modifications

Red Duck Knives may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or platform announcements. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Weber County, Utah.
